BT –The 2016 Kate Festival is projected to take place at the Posha Inu Cham tower- Phan Thiet city from September 29 to 30 (at the end of the sixth month and the beginning of the seventh month- Cham calendar).
BTO – The 11th biennial Nghinh Ong Quan Thanh De Quan festival, opened in Phan Thiet city on August 26th morning and closed on August 28th. The most-expected procession of Quan Thanh De Quan, a partial ritual of Nghinh Ong Quan Thanh festival, finally triggered across many streets and corners in Phan Thiet in very early morning of August 28th.
BTO- A kite-flying festival was organized by The Cliff Resorts & Residences (Muine -Phan Thiet) in the afternoon of December 18 with the participation of domestic and international visitors.
BTO – As scheduled, the awful lantern parade, which has been recognized as Vietnam’s largest lantern parade by the Vietnam Guinness Book, took place on the night of September 25th (the thirteenth day of lunar August) at Nguyen Tat Thanh square, Phan Thiet city.
BTO - Kate festival, which is yearly celebrated by the Cham Ba La Mon people in Binh Thuan province on the seventh month of the Cham calendar, has a significant role in spiritual and cultural living, as well as preservation and promotion of traditional culture of the Cham community, contributing to diversifying tourism products in Binh Thuan province .
BTO – On the night of September 7th (the fourteenth day of the eighth lunar month) more than 3,000 students and teachers from 32 primary schools and secondary schools in the city converged on Nguyen Tat Thanh square, Phan Thiet city for the Vietnam’s largest Mid-autumn lantern procession.
BTO- Hundreds of artistic works made from precious stones with a diversity of size, shape and color on showcase have attracted much attention and admiration of viewers in Phan Thiet City. These works were carved from a wide range of gemstones such as: Amber, Amethyst, Aquamarine, Emerald, Jade, Opal, Sapphire, Ruby, Onyx…
BTO – On the first day of the seventh month of Cham calendar, thousands of locals and tourists flocked to Po Sah Inu tower to share the joy of the Cham community amid the merry atmosphere of Kate festival 2013.
BTO - Cham people live in villages (Palei), each palei includes a number of families/clans (Gop) and each Gop has one Kut (cemetery with mother clan for the Cham Ba La Mon) or Ghur (in Cham Ba Ni branch).
BTO - Traditional boat race festival themed “Celebrating our Party and the Lunar New Year 2013” was held on Ca Ty River, Phan Thiet city in the afternoon of the second day of the first lunar month (February 11, 2013).
